Over a year ago, I started working out because I needed an outlet—something that belonged to me. I never expected to fall in love with yoga sculpt or for movement to become a form of therapy.
As a mom of three, so much of my life is spent showing up for the people I love. That one hour became mine—a chance to breathe, reset, and choose myself. I realized that when I took care of myself, I was able to show up better for everyone around me.
Yogi Matte was born from that feeling.
I wanted to create beautiful, functional pieces for hot yoga and mat Pilates that would make you feel inspired to show up for your practice.
