SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within the United States is $8.

Expedited shipping is available for $15 where applicable.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping typically arrives within 1–2 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occasionally occur and are outside Yogi Matte’s control.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@yogimatte.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing or shipped. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

LOST, DELAYED, OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your shipment is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check the surrounding delivery area, confirm the shipping address, and contact the carrier directly.
